Shipping Policy:
For your fruit orders, we aim to offer fast and reliable shipping to make sure you receive your items promptly. Here’s everything you need to know about our shipping policy.
Shipping Methods: We use priority shipping for most products unless otherwise specified in the items during checkout. Our priority is to ensure your fruit arrives fresh and on time. Please note that orders are shipped out 24-48 hours after the order is placed because we need time to harvest your fruit fresh from the farm and ship it out.
Delivery time can vary depending on your location. Delivery could take between 1-4 days.
Please note that we do not ship to any APO/FPO addresses including P.O boxes.
Non-responsibility for Returned or Left Outside Items: We cannot take responsibility for items that are returned to us or left outside after delivery. It’s your responsibility to make sure someone is available to receive the package or that accurate shipping information is provided at checkout.
Non-responsibility for Weather-Damaged Items: We are not accountable for any damage to items caused by extreme weather conditions, such as excessive heat or cold, during shipping. Certain fruits may be sensitive to weather changes and could spoil if exposed to unfavorable conditions. While we make every effort to package your order securely, we cannot take responsibility for weather-related damage during delivery.
